Tracey started her PR career in London in the Ab Fab days of the 80s and has seen the industry go though many changes. Her experience covers all aspects of spa including travel, health and beauty. A great motivator with creative ideas (sometimes too many!), Tracey is well respected by her clients, has a personal interest in wellbeing therapies and plays a prominent role and spokesperson within the spa industry.
Steve Malkin - Director
Also founder of Planet Positive, an environmental accreditation mark, and with experience of running PR and event companies, Steve is a remarkable marketing professional and experienced sales person. A natural strategist who likes nothing better than pushing the boundaries to take client businesses to a new level by building strategic partnerships, creating headline hitting stunts and expanding sales channels.
Lucy Hilson – Account Director
With many years of fashion and beauty PR experience, Lucy is a creative individual who is focused, organised and passionate about beauty and wellness and keeps us all on track. With a talent for knowing who’s who and socialising in celebrity circles, Lucy ensures our clients are presented with new and exciting opportunities.
Jo Murphy - Account Director
With a business marketing degree from Manchester University, Jo is also our hotel and spa travel specialist who brings strategic thinking to our client communications and has a natural verve for account handling with her calm and professional manner.
Keren Gatty Saunt - Account Director
Keren has ten years consumer PR experience working in both the UK and the Middle East. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including travel, leisure, hospitality, fashion and beauty; however her particular love of all things spa and wellness has made her a perfect fit to the team.
Keren believes strongly in using creativity to give campaigns an edge whether it’s implementing strategic PR plans for large international brands or building brand awareness for smaller organically grown companies.
Harriet Warwick - Senior Account Executive
With a background in PR and Marketing in the lifestyle sector and a psychology degree under her belt, Harriet uses her skills to deliver unique client campaigns which resonate with their target audiences . With a passion for social media (and shoes!) Harriet has enthusiasm for the beauty and wellbeing industry and gaining the all important press for clients.
Samantha Organ - Account Executive
With a Journalism degree from Cardiff University and a background in the luxury beauty sector, Samantha has meticulous communication and organisation skills which she widely asserts. A slight fitness fanatic with a love for health and beauty, Samantha loves to try all things new, encouraging the flow of her creative ideas!
Pippa Richardson - Account Executive
Pippa always knew that the beauty industry was where she wanted to build her career and her passion for natural beauty and health means that the wellness sector is the perfect fit. Pippa caught the travel bug at a young age as she went to school in Dubai and has travelled ever since - of course, always making time for Spa visits! With a degree in Fashion Communication & Promotion, her previous experience includes working for one of the world's most famous cosmetic brands and assisting in the beauty department of the world’s number one fashion magazine.
