Psycle – Not for the faint hearted.

by Izzy Falcon 7. May 2015 12:30
Technorati Tags: Spinning,Spa PR,London,Exercise,Psycle Having wanted to try this class out since it opened, I set a date with a super fit friend and set off to Oxford Circus for this spinning class which I had heard and read so much about. Although I am not into cycling at all - the media hype around Psycle plus the thought of spinning in a dark room with house music and strobe lighting sounded like serious fun and a must try! After a quick cha... [More]

The all-powerful internet

by Harriet Warwick 7. May 2015 04:38
The internet is a global success. Some third world countries do not have running, clean water yet are connected to the internet. It is a phenomenon which doesn’t seem to be fading. Last week I attended a digital marketing course to brush up on my online knowledge and learn a thing or two. Half our internet time is spent on Google, a quarter on social media and the remaining quarter on emails. Research has found that we digest most content on th... [More]

Urban Rebounding with Spa PR

by Sophie Lowe 20. April 2015 10:46
As we are moving into the summer period and we all have holidays to prepare for, exercise has been the top of my agenda. I was feeling a little uninspired with my gym routine, so my goal for this month was to embrace some ‘different’ exercise activities. An exercise trend that entered the viral realm last summer was ‘Urban Rebounding’ - an intense hour long workout based on mini trampolines aimed at working the entire body. Full of high intensit... Hot Stuff

by Tracey Stapleton 31. March 2015 16:48
A sauna in a bar? Sounds like something you might think is a good idea after a few late night drinks but it's there to experience in all its glory on the canal in Copenhagen just along from the Michelin star Standard restaurant. The Danes are known for their love of life and, some say drinking, so a sauna in a bar in this beautiful city seems to make sense although I'd never recommend taking your sauna with alcohol. The Kayak Bar wasn't ope... [More]

Loving Lime Wood

by Tracey Stapleton 24. March 2015 04:29
This is my new favourite place to stay. It was my birthday so I was keen to go somewhere special. I’d heard lots about Lime Wood Hotel in the New Forest and as it was within a 2 hour drive of where I live, felt it a good choice for a one night celebratory break. My husband and I booked the Thyme to Escape package which included a day in the spa with treatments, lunch, dinner, bed and breakfast. The hotel is located within the New Forest national... [More]
